Company history

In October 1943,		"Bolt factory of Coal-mine equipment manufacturing union" was founded to supply materials with Joban Coalfield in 49 Aza Shogatsu Town, Taira, Iwaki City. It was established with 800 thousand yen in capital.
In September 1950,		the organization was changed to a joint-stock corporation with the company name of "Tohoku bolt MFG. Co., Ltd." The capital was increased to 3 million yen.
In October 1952,		Dog spike was admitted as Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards.
In July 1954,		Hex. Bolt was admitted as Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards.
In February 1957,		Fish bolt and nut were admitted as Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards.
In September 1960,		the capital was increased to 6 million yen.
In April 1971,		the capital was increased to 12million yen. Tokyo business office was newly established.
In May 1971,		Sendai business office was newly established.
In June 1973,		the head office and the factory were fully transferred to the present site.
In April 1974,		screw spike was admitted as Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards.
In September 1974,		the capital was increased to 18million yen.
In April 1975,		Koriyama business office was newly established.
In June 1991,		Koriyama business office was fully transferred to the present site.
In May 1995,		Hex. Bolt was additionally admitted to get Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards 8.8-12.9.
In March 2002,		ISO9002 was certified.
In September 2003,		ISO9001 was certified.
In September 2004,		Tokyo business office was fully transferred to the present site.
