We have acquired Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards,
a proof of business confidence and authorization of ISO9001-2000.
Soon after establishing the company, we adopted a system to develop a factory with Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards that keeps providing the continuing high quality JIS products.@We obtained "Written permission of Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards" for "JIS E 1108 Track spike" in October in 1952.@Shortly after that, we obtained the written permission of the Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards for "Hex. Bolt" and "Track bolt".@Including the screw spike, we obtained the written permission of the Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards and the authorization of Licensed Japanese Industrial Standards for 4 items.
Permission and authorization of representation are footholds of quiet self-pride for the quality of our products and our productivity, as well as proof of customer reliance to us.
We have adopted many inspection facilities for the inspection of mechanical property. We changed the Tensil Testing Machine from 50 tons kgf to 100 tonskgf. The Bolt Torque Testing Machine for the measurement of axial tension, and an enlargement projector, for the measurement of shape were adopted to verify the quality stability with our best efforts at any time.
To ensure the quality stability further more, we obtained the authorization of sISO9002t in 2002 in addition to JIS, and changed it to sISO9001t in 2003.
